Capital Institute for Neurosciences seeks a board-certified/eligible neurologist with fellowship training in stroke/vascular neurology. The applicant should excel in all aspects of the management of neurovascular diseases, including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke and intra-cranial and extracranial stenosis. Candidate should also be comfortable managing general neurology patients in the hospital setting.

The position includes inpatient and outpatient stroke care with no outpatient general neurology responsibilities.



Dynamic and busy neurology practices in New Jersey and Bucks County, PA seek board-certified/eligible neurologists to join expanding practices.

Practices operate as part of Capital Institute for Neurosciences at Capital Health, which provides access to significant inpatient and outpatient resources. Physician will join the Institute’s multidisciplinary team of neurologists and neurosurgeons that serves patients throughout the region at various outpatient locations and two acute care hospitals.

Capital Institute for Neurosciences is a center for advanced neuroscience care in central New Jersey servicing NJ, Pennsylvania and the Delaware Valley. The Institute includes a dedicated neuro ICU, state-of-the-art neuro endovascular suite, neuro OR, stroke unit, neuroscience research program and the first Mobile Stroke Unit in the region.

The Institute is part of Capital Health, a two-hospital healthcare system that includes a state-of-the-art hospital in Pennington, NJ and a tertiary referral center in Trenton, NJ, which includes a Joint Commission Advanced Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level II Trauma Center. Inpatient and outpatient services are supported by physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Academic affiliations are possible.

Employed physicians are part of Capital Health Medical Group, a multi-specialty group of more than 300 providers.
